وفد من الاتّحاد الأوروبي زار مركز الفاعور للرعاية الصحيّة الأوليّة، في منطقة البقاع

زار وفد من الاتّحاد الأوروبي، وعلى رأسهم السفير السيّد “رالف طرّاف”، يرافقه وفدٌ من مفوضيّة الأمم المتّحدة للاجئين، مركز الفاعور للرعاية الصحيّة الأوليّة، في منطقة البقاع، التابع لجمعيّة الإنماء . وكان في استقباله ممثّلين عن الهيئة الطبيّة الدوليّة- IMC، الراعي الأبرز للمركز الصحي. أثناء زيارته، جرى عرض لتاريخ تأسيس المركز من قبل مديره السيّد “حكيم المجبل”، ثمّ تابع مسؤول القطاع الصحي في الهيئة الطبيّة السيد “عمر العجمي” لأبرز محطّات تطوّر المركز ليومنا هذا، والخدمات التي تدعمها الهيئة الطبية والتحديّات التي تواجه المركز بشكل خاص، والقطاع الصحي بشكل عام.
هذا ويعتبر المركز الصحي من المراكز الأكثر ارتياداً، كونه معتمد ضمن شبكة الرعاية الصحيّة، ويقوم بتقديم العديد من الخدمات الطبية، ولعلّ أهمّها، تقديم الأدوية المزمنة، والمعالجة الشبه مجانيّة التي تقدّر تكلفتها ب 3000 ليرة لبنانيّة، حيث وبالرغم من الظروف الاقتصاديّة الصعبة، لم يقم المركز برفع التسعيرة، بل لازالت على حالها، كون الازمة انعكست سلباً أكثر فأكثر على المستفيدين.
عند الانتهاء من العرض، جال الوفد على جميع الأقسام في المركز الصحي، والتقى بالعاملين، وأثنى على جهودهم، وعند الانتهاء، تم التقاط الصور التذكاريّة.
بدورها، تتقدّم جمعيّة “إنماء” بالشكر الجزيل للدعم الدائم للهيئة الطبيّة الدوليّة، والشكر موصول للاتّحاد الأوروبي، إذ نثمّن الجهود المبذولة لدعم القطاع الصحي، للتمكّن من الاستمرار في خدمة المنطقة.
وفي الخاتمة، لا بدّ من الثناء على دور العاملين والعاملات في مركز الفاعور للرعاية الصحيّة الأوليّة، من ممرّضين وأطبّاء وإداريين، الذين يعملون بكل تفاني ومثابرة، لتقديم أفضل خدمة للمجتمع.
On the 24th of August, 2022, a delegation from the European Union, headed by Ambassador “Ralph Tarraf” and accompanied by a delegation from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, visited “Al Faour Primary Health Care Center” in the Bekaa region, affiliated with INMAA Association. “Mr. Tarraf” was greeted by representatives of the International Medical Corps (IMC), the most prominent donor of the primary health care center. During his visit, the history of the establishment of the center was presented by its director, Mr. “Hakim Al Mojbil”, then IMC’s Bekaa Senior Health Area Manager, Mr. Omar Al Ajami, followed up on the most prominent stages of the center’s growth today, the services supported by (IMC) and the challenges facing the center in specific, and the health sector in general.
Accredited within the health care network and providing many medical services, “Al Faour Primary Health Care Center” is considered one of the most visited centers and is distinguished for the provision of chronic medicines and its semi-free treatment estimated at 3000 Lebanese pounds as a cost, where, despite the difficult economic conditions, the center has not raised the price, providing the needed services as the crisis escalates more negative impact on the beneficiaries, day after another.
Upon completion of the presentation, the delegation toured all sections of the health center, met the workers, and commended their efforts, then, memorial photos were taken at the end of the visit.

In turn, INMAA Association extends its heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the European Union and the International Medical Corps for their continuous support, as we appreciate the efforts made to support the health sector and keep it standing to continue serving the region.
At last, it is necessary to commend the role of the workers in “Al Faour Primary Health Care Center”, including nurses, doctors, and administrators, who work with dedication and perseverance to provide the best service to the community.
