Dear family and friends,<\/p>\n
Today, on our darkest hour, I\u2019m honoured to speak on behalf John and George and Aunty Suzie, Graze, Eliza, Rita, 23 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and her brothers and sister john, alex and sue and Alice who are all spread across Australia and Lebanon.
\nwe gather to say goodbye to a truly remarkable woman whose life touched us all in so many ways. Our beloved grandmother was a shining light in this world, radiating love, kindness, and compassion wherever she went. Her passing has left a void in our hearts that can never be filled.<\/p>\n
Today we all stand saddened cause of the news of the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and Wife Juliette Dib. Today Tears will be shed today, Sorrow we feel, emptiness surrounds us and guidance we missed. However as I look around, I am no longer sad cause Juliette love and teachings has left its mark on all of us, that I can feel her here in the room at this every moment.<\/p>\n
Our grandmother’s story is one of incredible strength and resilience.
\nBorn 27th of October 1932, She left everything behind in Lebanon to build a new life in Australia, and she did so with nothing but her unwavering determination and fierce spirit as she only ever wanted what is best for her family. She worked tirelessly, sacrificing her own comfort and well-being to provide for her family, and she never complained or asked for anything in return.<\/p>\n
Despite the many obstacles she faced, our grandmother never lost sight of what truly mattered in life: love, family, friends and most of all faith. She was the rock that held us all together, the one who never gave up on us no matter how difficult things became. Her home was a home for anyone who needed it, and she welcomed everyone with open arms and an open heart.<\/p>\n
Perhaps what we will remember most about our grandmother was her unwavering love and boundless compassion. She had a heart that overflowed with kindness, and she touched the lives of everyone she met. Her smile was contagious, and her laughter filled the room with joy. She had a way of making us feel seen, heard, and loved, even in our darkest moments. Juliette was so selfless that after 91 years she never drove a car as she only ever wanted to be with her family and had no care for the material things the word had to offer.<\/p>\n
Juliette kept a special place in her heart and mind for her family and created a unique relationship with each member.
\nsuzie was the oldest daughter, however she was seen as a sister more then a daughter, Juliette couldn\u2019t be more proud of her and kept her head held high.
\nKay brought life and joy to Juliette\u2019s life with the strong and fun energy that kept tata happy and dancing.
\nElizas love was second to no one, the care, compassion and dedication she showed is more then Juliette could have ever wanted and is what kept her so strong for so long.
\nRita is little girl that had her care and love for the family, she was taken too soon.<\/p>\n
George was the youngest son that was truly her baby, no matter what George would play games with her, keeping on her toes, like they always do he always brought joy, but always made her feel protected<\/p>\n
John the eldest, the back bone, he was the son that Juliette dreamed of, would do anything to please her and listen to ever word, all he want was to see is mother happy and safe and they were willing to sacrifice everything just to see the other smile.<\/p>\n
But the most unique of them all is the undivining love that was shared between nemtullah and Juliette Dib. Married at the age of 22 almost 70 years ago. But their passion, love, care, respect and loyalty towards each other was the same from the first day they meet till now and will continue for eternity. If you know nemtullah then you would know the love that Juliette had for him, as she never let him feel alone or insecure as she planted and fill the seed of love deep into his heart. their marriage was truly blessed by God. We know they are truly happy together again smiling down.<\/p>\n
As we say goodbye to our grandmother, we are overcome with grief and sadness. We will miss her presence, her guidance, and her love more than words can express. But we take comfort in knowing that her legacy lives on in each and every one of us. She taught us what it means to be kind, to be generous, and to never give up on those we love. And we will honour her memory by carrying these lessons with us always.<\/p>\n
Before I finish up, I would like to say to my family I know we always want to give tayta the world or more but I can promises you this, she already had the world cause her family was her world. So brighten it up with a smile that she can see.<\/p>\n
Rest in peace, dear grandmother. You will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we will cherish your memory forever. We love you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
