\nThe AP reiterated that HRW statement broached sovereign af-fairs limited strictly to the military institution and the Egyptian state, and cannot be interfered with under any justification. \nLe Parlement Arabe a condamn\u00e9 le communiqu\u00e9 issu par Human Rights Watch critiquant la politique de l’arm\u00e9e \u00e9gyptienne sur la destruction d\u2019un nombre d\u2019immeubles r\u00e9sidentiels dans la p\u00e9ninsule du Sina\u00ef dans le cadre de sa campagne contre les terroristes de l’Etat islamique, estimant que ce communiqu\u00e9 tendan-cieux est un “nouvel \u00e9chec” de l’organisation qui a fait des d\u00e9clarations dans le but d’adopter certaines positions politiques, et n\u2019a aucune relation avec le travail en faveur des droits de l’homme, et que l’organisation aurait d\u00fb clairement s\u00e9pa-rer la lutte contre le terrorisme et ses tentatives continues de politiser les ques-tions relatives aux droits de l\u2019homme.
\nLe Parlement Arabe affirme que le communiqu\u00e9 issu par l\u2019organisation concerne des questions souveraines qui concernent exclusivement l\u2019\u00e9tablissement militaire et l\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e9gyptien, et que l\u2019organisation n\u2019a aucun droit d\u2019y interf\u00e9rer sous aucun pr\u00e9texte, s\u2019interrogeant sur les sources suspectes sur lesquelles l’organisation s’est appuy\u00e9e, pour diffuser de telles informations erron\u00e9es et trompeuses conte-nus dans son communiqu\u00e9, qui ne sont fond\u00e9es sur aucun fait ou preuve objec-tifs, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une ing\u00e9rence flagrante et inacceptable dans les affaires in-t\u00e9rieures \u00e9gyptiennes.
\nLe Parlement Arabe pr\u00e9cise et souligne que la campagne lanc\u00e9e par l’arm\u00e9e \u00e9gyp-tienne contre les membres de l’Etat islamique dans le Sina\u00ef vise \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre le droit de l’homme le plus important que les organisations terroristes violent, \u00e0 savoir le droit \u00e0 la vie.
\nLe Parlement Arabe exprime sa r\u00e9probation et son \u00e9tonnement extr\u00eame de cette position suspecte adopt\u00e9e par l\u2019organisation de Human Rights Watch envers l\u2019arm\u00e9e \u00e9gyptienne, ajoutant qu\u2019au lieu de soutenir et d\u2019appuyer les efforts \u00e9gyp-tiens dans la lutte contre le terrorisme, l’organisation est descendue \u00e0 un nouveau niveau de d\u00e9clin de son travail et s’est compl\u00e8tement \u00e9loign\u00e9e du professionna-lisme et de la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9, et aurait d\u00fb surveiller et condamner les violations conti-nues des droits de l’homme en raison des crimes et des op\u00e9rations terroristes per-p\u00e9tr\u00e9s par l’Etat islamique et d’autres organisations terroristes, que l’arm\u00e9e \u00e9gyp-tienne affronte et en paie le prix fort du sang de ses martyrs v\u00e9n\u00e9rables.
\nLe Parlement Arabe souligne son rejet total de toute offense \u00e0 l’establishment mi-litaire \u00e9gyptien, qui joue un r\u00f4le patriotique et national face aux organisations terroristes, non seulement pour la d\u00e9fense de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l’\u00c9gypte, mais aussi pour la r\u00e9gion et le monde entier, affirmant son plein soutien aux efforts authen-tiques et comp\u00e9tents entrepris par l’arm\u00e9e \u00e9gyptienne dans la lutte contre le terro-risme, qui constitue un mur de r\u00e9pulsion contre l’expansion des organisations ter-roristes dans de nombreux autres pays du monde.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
